This triathlete started swimming before he was even born. His mom did laps in the local Guelph pool throughout her pregnancy.
Steve grew up active in a variety of sports, but didn't race his first triathlon until age 25.
After two races in 2010, he decided he needed a coach to take things to the next level.
Around the same time, he read a local article about the first runner in Wellington County to break the 4-minute mile and decided to reach out.
That runner, Olympian Taylor Milne, agreed to coach him for the season.
With his guidance, Steve went on to become the Ontario provincial triathlon champion in the 25–29 age group.

Steve's entrepreneurial streak started early. In elementary school he went door to door offering to rake leaves, pull weeds, and cut grass. In middle school, he sold chocolate bars the same way.
In September 2005, he began his post-secondary studies at Humber College in Etobicoke, later transferring to Conestoga College in Kitchener, where he graduated with an Advanced Business Management Diploma.

Steve was born, raised, and still lives in Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
When he's not spending time with friends and family, you'll find him outdoors, traveling, or streaming games live on Kick and Twitch.
